TIME.
TIME is a health-systems research programme investigating where delay accumulates across care pathways, what sits behind that delay, and how reliably it can be understood from the data available.
Current work
The first phase uses published NHS data to examine the problem across England rather than through one hospital or one local system.
The work is now moving into retrospective validation, where the patterns seen in public data can be examined against real pathway data under appropriate governance.
